Problem
Where we started
The website lacked the information customers needed to feel confident buying cars imported from abroad, leading to frequent inquiries and hesitation around safety and the purchasing process. The interface hadn't been shaped by any user research, making it harder for customers to trust the process and for the company to convert interest into sales.
Goals
What good looked like
- Conduct UX research with both managers and customers to understand trust barriers.
- Redesign the interface to make the car-buying process clearer and more transparent.
- Add key information addressing common customer concerns about purchasing from abroad.
- Improve visual resources and ad lifecycle management to support marketing efforts.
