Problem
Where we started
The product was originally built by developers without any designer involvement, resulting in an outdated system that badly needed a redesign. UI elements such as buttons and other components were inconsistent across the platform, and workflows required too many steps to complete common tasks. On top of that, the product wasn't accessible and lacked any design system documentation, making it difficult for the team to collaborate and scale efficiently.
